Privacy policy

This page explains what information ThinkEvo collects through this website and how we use it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Information you send us: your name, work email, company, the topic you choose and your message, when you contact us or book a review.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare the review or proposal you asked for.
- To keep a simple record of our conversations with you.
- We never sell or rent your information, and we only share it with the service providers we need to run our business (for example email and calendar providers), under their own privacy terms.
Calls, messages and AI
When we build AI phone agents or chat assistants for a client, the client is responsible for telling their own callers that they are speaking with a virtual assistant and that calls may be recorded. Our own demo lines say this at the start of every call.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we only use it for the purpose you agreed to. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details for as long as we are in touch or working together, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
Changes
We will update this page if anything changes, with a new date at the top.
